At Coziboo, we do everything we can to make you and your little one happy with our products. Still not completely satisfied? No problem — you can return your order according to the conditions below.

Return Period

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receiving it. Once registered, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Products damaged due to use or careless handling cannot be accepted for return.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used care products cannot be returned.

Return Costs

The cost of returning your order is the customer's own responsibility. The amount depends on the carrier and the country you're returning from. We recommend always sending your return with Track & Trace, as Coziboo is not responsible for lost return shipments.

How Do I Return My Order?

Send an email to info@coziboo.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll send you further instructions on how to proceed.
Send the product back within the stated timeframe.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we'll refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used to pay. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the issue where possible. We'll work to find a suitable solution as quickly as we can.
